Since 2007 Mr. Burt and Mr. Payne have maintained a regional practice servicing insurance customers in Utah, Wyoming and Idaho. This regional experience gives the firm wide ranging relationships with experts, counsel, mediators and Judges. We've appeared in state and federal courts in these states and have enjoyed success at
all levels of the litigation process.

Uniquely, they also have 14 years combined experience working directly for Nationwide Mutual Insurance Company in its former Salt Lake "staff counsel" operation.
